We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to join our real estate investment sales team. This is a 100% commission sales position with many of our team earning in excess of $200k and top performers earning significantly more. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager and ready to learn. You will receive an unparalleled training where you will gain immediate exposure in investment sales, capital markets, property level underwriting and due diligence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings
- Source investment properties
- Structure and negotiate real estate transactions
- Collaborate with senior brokers to cultivate market expertise
- Take part in property underwriting and due diligence
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated abilities in sales, marketing and networking
- History in sports or team-oriented activities
- Previous experience in real estate sales is not a prerequisite but is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office
